Great beach access and lovely views, but our room was quite small.

Breakfast was pretty good. The beach (which was made of pebbles) was right in front of the hotel and also as a guest you had the right to a lounger and umbrella free of charge. The beds were quite comfortable, although I think the rooms were overfurnished and lacked space.
dinner they served at the hotel seemed pretty poor to me, there was hardly any variety and it didn't taste very good. As we had booked half board after the first dinner we asked to change to accommodation only and they didn't give us any problems, we had already paid in advance for the whole stay when checking in (which doesn't seem right either). They told us that in about ten days they would return us the part of the dinner that we had not enjoyed and they did it correctly. pool is too small for the number of hotel rooms, it closes very soon and since it was full of small children with mattresses included you could barely get in. tap in our bathroom was working quite badly and shower was losing some water. I don't think it's worthy of a 4 star hotel, honestly.

The room was beautiful (double executive). The jacuzzi was a blast. The hotel pools were great. The breakfast was excellent. The treatment of the hotel staff, in particular the buffet, are a love (a greeting to the nice guy from the buffet of the couple from Barcelona!!!) the location is perfect. The beach area. The discounts for staying there. The views it has. Someday we hope to repeat this experience with you. It has been a pleasure!!!
The man at the reception desk in the middle of the night is not at all pleasant and he doesn't know anything. The first night we arrived he wouldn't attend us because the reservation was for Sunday morning. We had to sleep in the car. The last night he wanted to make us pay again the money for the drinks we consumed at the buffet, and he delayed us 20 minutes in which we didn't get anything. We had to tell him that we were leaving in a bad way because he didn't understand anything or didn't want to understand. It's a shame to have a worker like that in such a good hotel.

I enjoyed my stay with easy access to Kamari Beach just 500 meters away and a wonderful selection of restaurants right at my doorstep. The staff was friendly and the outdoor bar area really added to the chill vibe of my getaway.

I found the hotel very comfortable, the room was a good size and very clean, they even seemed to have a scent in the air conditioning unit as the room smelt lovely every day. The staff were very attentive and helpful and very pleasant. I will definately be visiting the hotel again, this year hopefully.

It is near the water and in Kamari, many restaurants and shops.
I booked a junior suite, but the gave me a regular room. After complaining, the manager gave me the suite that I had originally very bad. We have to buy coffee outside of the hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic beach location and a pleasant atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, and some areas felt outdated. The staff was mostly friendly, but service at the bar could be inconsistent .

The hotel was right on the oceanfront and convenient location, with nice friendly staff and nice pool.
The website made the hotel appear to be an extremely luxurious spa resort but we found that it was not very comfortable or luxurious. Also, unfortunately we got very bad food poisoning from the hotel restaurant, from the "Chicken with Cream & Mushrooms" dish.

Sunrise Bliss from Our Balcony
Waking up to a fine seaside view made every morning special. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Kamari and soaking up the sun on the private beach.
The strong smell from the bathroom drain was quite off-putting. The pool area also closed earlier than we would've liked, limiting our evening swimming options.

I liked the way the hotel was set up, with terraces and pools everywhere to enjoy. Also the staff were very helpful with our bags.
When we walked in, we had to wait 20 minutes to be attended to, even though there were two receptionists. The one who was finally able to help us had a very bad attitude and was rude. When we got to our room, it was clean and acceptable, but it had a bad smell coming from the bathroom that did not go away the entire time we stayed. (room 422) It wasn't like what we had seen in the pictures online. I had to make a phone call and needed assistance, that same rude receptionist answered and hung up on me when I was still talking. She was rude again when we asked for towels and when we checked out of the hotel. She clearly hates her job! Anyway, the hotel was fine, but I will stay somewhere else next time we visit.

The poolside bartender went out of her way to provide quality customer service.
The pool closed too early at 6:30pm and did not reopen till 10:00am the next morning. The front desk staff were not helpful.
